KIDS RIDING LESSONS

KINDY PRIVATES from $82 (4 to 5yrs)

Private kindy lessons are ideal for young riders wanting one on one tuition as they begin their riding career. These lessons are depending on instructor availability. Kindy private lessons consist of 15 minutes of grooming/helmet and boot up time with 30 minutes of riding time in the arena.

KINDY SEMI PRIVATE (2 RIDERS) From $71

Our kindy lessons are for two children aged 4 to 5 years who are still in preschool.

PONY RIDES $35 (3 to 6yrs)

VPRS offer short pony rides around the property throughout the week and on weekends, subject to instructor availability. Our pony rides consist of 5 minutes of prep/helmet and boot up time and 15 minutes of riding time. Please ensure you book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

A GENTLE START WITH PONIES

Our youngest riders start on our smallest, quietest ponies, with an instructor beside them the whole time. Kindy lessons focus on having fun while learning the basics: sitting tall, holding the reins, stopping and starting, and saying thank you to their pony afterwards.

WHICH OPTION TO CHOOSE

A Pony Ride is a perfect first taste for a child who has never sat on a horse. Kindy Private Lessons give one child their own lesson, and Kindy Semi Private Lessons let two young riders learn together. Once children turn 6, they can move into our Private, Semi Private and Group Lessons.

WHAT TO BRING

We lend helmets and boots. Dress your child in long pants and closed shoes, and bring a water bottle. Compare lesson prices on our Pricing page, or meet our coaches.
